The Best of the Best in every sense of the word!! Over the holiday weekend of July 4th I had a tooth that became extremely sensitive to cold along with moderate to severe pain and a swollen lymph node. Even though their office was closed I called the office phone number and Dr. Derek Miles returned my call within just a few minutes. He was extremely kind and compassionate and asked me to call the office at 8am on July 5th and told me that they would get me seen and taken care of. I called their office first thing the next morning and got an appointment around 11am the same day. When I got to the appointment the office was very clean and the front office staff were kind and helpful. Dr. Derek Miles ended up doing my root canal and he was fabulous. You will never find a more kind, compassionate or gentle provider no matter how hard you look. I was having pain and sensitivity in one upper and one lower tooth and thought that I needed two root canals. Dr Miles took the time to evaluate the situation and determine that I had only one bad tooth that needed the root canal and the other tooth was just referred pain. When Dr Miles did the injections to numb the area I felt no pain at all. T

Exceptional Dr. And staff. I have seen Dr. Derek for root canals assisted by Morgan and I am treated with the utmost care and respect and the Dr. Explains the process, he is compassionate and gentle and even the process of numbing is barely felt. He is truly an expert and professional and I would not see another ENDODONTIC team in Savannah. Morgan us a gem! Truly makes you feel like you are part of the family do to speak. Exceptional personality and attitude and respectful of the Dr. While assisting. I think far too often people voice issues when they are disgruntled but fail to acknowledge exceptional care or service. Yes, minor discomfort is involved.... It's your teeth after all but if they require work this is the team to do it. So appreciate the care.
